Superman is a "False God" in the New Batman v Superman Teaser!

The first full teaser for the 2016 movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been released today.
Though marketing-wise it is a very questionable move to release a teaser for such a huge blockbuster so close to the new Star Wars trailer, we learn quite a lot from this first teaser about the highly anticipated confrontation between Batman and Superman.
The teaser puts us into a very bleak looking city (probably Gotham) that shows us that Superman is treated very much like a god-figure by the population. With even a statue having been built in his honor, Superman's actions and sheer existence divides peoples' opinions heavily in the city: while some even kneel before him, others accuse him of being a "false god".
Narrated partially by Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, the teaser has quite a few memorable lines that set the mood pretty well. Also, we get some impressive shots of Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman. And honestly, "Batfleck" looks very promising as of now. Affleck might look much more bulky and muscular than previous Batman itterations, but this should give this new Batman his very own raw personality and seems to fit the style of the movie well that takes many inspirations from the Frank Miller comic The Dark Knight Returns.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theaters March 25, 2016.
