First TMNT 2 Trailer Reveals Bebop and Rocksteady

The first trailer for the sequel to Michael Bay's TMNT just hit the web.
Titled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, one has to scratch his head why the hell the studio gave this sequel the exact same title as that horribly received TMNT game from 2013.
Anyway, judging from the trailer, Bay's version of the four green mutant turtles holds true to the polarizing style of the first movie. Filled with more explosions to count, very predictable lame jokes, hip hop background music, and the same ugly turtle designs from the first movie, it's everything that one would've expected from this sequel.
At the very least  however, TMNT 2 seems to orient itself more dominantly on fan requests and fan service, since it not only features the hockey mask wearing vigilante Casey Jones, but even fan favorites Bebop and Rocksteady (although of course entirely done with CGI).
With that said, at least the turtles now not only got smaller human enemies to fight but also two big mutants that should give them a good challenge.
Other than that, despite the fact that it's directed by Dave Green, it has Michael Bay trademarks written all over it, making TMNT 2 actually feel like "yet another Transformers movie" just filled with mutants instead of robots.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows hits theaters on June 3, 2016.
