Party's Back On in the New "Neighbors 2" Trailer

"Neigbors" from 2014 was quite a notable comedic success for actors Seth Rogen and Zac Efron.
And now they are back with "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising".

As a new batch of female students moves in next door, Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) need the help of Teddy (Zac Efron) to get the "Sorority Sisters" to move out, so that they can manage to sell their house and move to some place else.
Going the "female"-route for a sequel, much like "Barbershop: The Next Cut", "Neigbors 2" wants to change things up with the other gender thrown into the mix. And while Chloe Moretz makes for a good addition as the new "antagonist" in the movie, it's also nice to see how Seth Rogen and Zac Efron are going to work together in hilarious ways.
With some actually pretty funny gags thrown into the trailer, here's hoping that "Neighbors 2" doesn't spoil its best parts with any upcoming other trailers. Thus far, it looks quite promising.
The film will star Rogen, Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, Chloë Grace Moretz, Dave Franco, Carla Gallo, Ike Barinholtz and Lisa Kudrow and opens in theaters on May 20, 2016.
